Kayleen Koth - Furniture Account Executive!

Kayleen has recently joined us as a key member of the Chuckals team. Kayleen provides full service account management to coordinate sales and insure furniture projects are executed on schedule and within budget. Kayleen is a people-oriented professional with over 20 years’ office furniture and real estate experience. Prior to joining Chuckals, Kayleen held sales and account management positions with several other dealerships and real estate organizations where she received numerous “Employee of the Month” awards and similar recognition for outstanding sales and customer service.

Meet Chuck & Al! (Chuck-Al-s)
Chuck Hellar and Al Lynden formed Chuckals Office Products in 1994 – hence the name!  Chuck is Co-owner and acting President.  His duties and responsibilities fall in the financial side of the business.  Al is Co-owner and acting Vice President.  His responsibilities fall in the sales and marketing side of the business.

As business owners and community supporters, both are active in our local community as well as in the office products industry nationally.  Chuck has served as Past President of Tacoma Rotary 8, while Al is very busy on the speaking circuit to area schools for Business Week and Job Fairs.  Chuck is presently residing on the National Office Products Alliance Board and Al is an active speaker at National Wholesaler Conventions on topics such as Customer Relationship Management and Incorporating Technology into a business to enrich customer service.

You can find both of them on the golf course and hear them boasting of their grandchildren’s latest accomplishments.  Both have resided in the Tacoma area for over 30 years and are proud to have a successful business in the heart of the City of Destiny!

Janet

Janet Myhre  
Director of Government Services Group/ General Manager WA DC

Janet joined Chuckals in 1999 when her life path brought her to the Puget Sound Area.  As the Administration and Operations manager she develop many of the programs and processes, which have supported Chuckals double-digit growth.   In 2003 she relocated to the Nation’s Capital Region in Northern Virginia and manages the operations and compliance of the company’s multi-million dollar Government Contracts.  

Career Resume: BS in Business Administration, MBA in Business Management, Industry legislative advisor for small business policy issues involving Federal Procurement Reform (size standards and access to federal procurement).

Maria

Maria Estrada
Director of Accounting and HR

Maria has been with Chuckals since 1997, and is Chuckals’ Financial Administration Manager. Maria enjoys working with her team, crunching numbers and solving accounting mysteries. Outside of Chuckals, Maria received her degree from the University of Washington, in March 2006!  When she isn’t at Chuckals, Maria enjoys singing, shopping, and spending time with her friends, family and baby daughter Minette. Maria also cares for our fish, Spike.

Paige Calhoun - Marketing Manager

Paige has been with Chuckals since 2003. She is responsible for coordinating Sample Tuesday, sales promotions, and tabletop shows. Paige enjoys interacting with all of the wonderful Chuckals people, customers and other employees.  In her time outside of work Paige enjoys spending time with her friends and family, reading, traveling, and watching good movies. Dan Crawford

Dan Crawford
Director of Operations

With 35 years in the printing and graphics business Dan brings experience and creativity to the Chuckals team.  Since 2001, Dan has served as Chuckals Database Administrator.  As a Microsoft Certified Professional Dan keeps the IT department operational.  His other responsibilities include managing purchasing and the supply chain, our warehouse, delivery and installation team, and facilities management for the corporate office in Tacoma Washington and our office in Alexandria Virginia.  Dan continues to take on new projects and strives to bring top-notch technology to our small local business. Email Dan: crawfordd@chuckals.net

 

Bruce Bovett
Director of Sales

As the sales manager, Klaus oversees the day to day operations of the sales staff. Klaus has been in the office products business since 1989, and with Chuckals since 1994. . Jamie joined the Chuckals staff in 2005 with several years in the office supply industry under her belt. She has specifically worked with the government sector for the past three years, and especially enjoys helping her customers solve office supply and EMALL questions. I have been with Chuckals since 2005 and have enjoyed every minute of multitasking to get the job done for our Government Customers. I do what I can to make all of my customers feel like they are the only one. When I'm away from work I enjoy spending time with my family, and just looking for new ways to enjoy life. David recently joined the Chuckals team as our Business Development Manager. He brings with him many years of business experience as an owner and entrepreneur and outstanding expertise and in-depth knowledge of the digital imaging market. David is also active in the Tacoma area as a community service volunteer. He currently sits on the boards of several local non-profits and recently served as chairman of the board of the Tacoma Pierce County Chamber of Commerce. Place a furniture order and you will have the opportunity to meet Jesse, the newest member of the Chuckals Team!  Jesse joins the team after 30 years working for the US Postal Service.  During the fall, Jesse can be found spending time with the Kent Knight Junior Football Association.

George has been with Chuckals from the beginning.  George insures the smooth operation of our warehouse and works the early shift from 4 am until 1 pm. Away from work, George loves to listen to old radio shows and books on tape.

Donny

Donny Davis 
Lead Driver

Donny has been with Chuckals since 1998. Donny is the lead driver at Chuckals Office Products and keeps things running smooth on the road. What Donny likes best about his job are the customers. He enjoys the interaction with you, our customer. On his off time Donny enjoys bowling, softball and spending time with his kids.

David Dawkins

Chuckals is proud to introduce David. David delivers to our customers in Fife, Puyallup, and Spanaway.  David brings years of delivery and customer service experience to the Chuckals team.   

Cecil Dillard, Furniture Installer

Chuckals is proud to introduce Cecil , our Route 4 driver!  Cecil started with Chuckals in January of 2008 and has helped with our furniture installation department and now is a great addition to our route drivers. On his off time, Cecil enjoys teaching kids in his youth group and spending time with his 3 beautiful children!

Gary has been with Chuckals since 2000. Gary says he is blessed to have so many nice customers to work with. He looks forward every morning to find out who he will get to go see. He also enjoys the beautiful scenery on his route along the Tacoma waterfront and the Key Peninsula. Gary enjoys gardening & yard work. He has over 70 roses in his front yard that take up most of his time March through October.

Lori has been with Chuckals, Inc. since the very beginning!  She was with the organization back in the early '80's when it was known as Taylor's Office Supply.  Lori has served in many positions but has truly found her niche in Purchasing.  While not at work, Lori enjoys bowling, reading, doing carpentry work with her parents and spending time with her son.

Crystal joined the Chuckals team in August of 2005. Crystal enjoys working with the Marketing Department as well as the commercial sales team. Crystal has also got the opportunity to work with web design here at Chuckals and is loving it. Crystal grew up in eastern Washington and has lived in the western part of the state for the past 9 years. She brings years of customer service and travel experience to Chuckals. Carol joined the Chuckals family in 2003, bringing 26 years of office products experience with her. She specializes in custom projects, specifically printing and furniture. Away from work, Carol enjoys spending time with her husband & 2 sons. Carol & her family enjoys camping, traveling & family gatherings. Carol encourages her family to enjoy life and do their best.

Hannah joined the Chuckals team in October 2006. Hannah brings customer service and printing experience to Chuckals. Outside of work she enjoys traveling, dancing and spending time with friends. Hannah adds that paragliding in Alaska was among one of the most interesting things she has accomplished. Hannah is eager to meet and help out our Chuckals customers.
